2021 TGFOA Fall Conference

The Tennessee Government Finance Officers Association’s Annual Fall Conference will be held over two days on September 30-October 1, 2021.

Note: Session materials will not be provided in pre-printed packets.  If you would like to have printed materials, please print prior to attending the conference.

We expect over 300 finance officials from state and local governments throughout Tennessee to attend the conference, which is the primary professional and educational gathering of government finance officials in the state.

Certificates will be emailed within 2 weeks of the Fall Conference. We will be scanning your name badge to grant credit for each session you attend. There will be volunteers scanning at the end of every session. It will be your responsibility to be sure you are scanned in for credit.

Pre-conference Event:

This year, TGFOA will not host a Pre-Conference Event. However, we hope you will join us in the Atrium during Happy Hour as you arrive for a Meet and Greet. Stay tuned for more information concerning a WPF (Women in Public Finance) event on Thursday evening, Sept. 30. 

Evaluation Survey:
The evaluation survey will be sent to the email provided during your registration process. It will be sent out to all participants within an hour after the conference concludes.
**NOTE: You must include your badge id number with your survey in order to receive your CPE Certificate.  

The Embassy Suites provides free parking for Registered Guests and has its own lot adjacent to the building.

No registration will be accepted without full payment.

TGFOA Refund Policy:

There will be a $25 administrative fee for all cancelled reservations. In order to receive a refund, a request must be received by September 15, 2021. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after September 15, 2021.

In lieu of a cancellation fee, you may transfer your registration to a colleague.  Please contact Sandi Allen, sandiallen.tgfoa@gmail.com, to request the transfer.

Check Payments:

We have now integrated an electronic check payment processing system. If you are paying by check, when you register, select “Invoice Me” as your payment method. Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email with a link to process the payment with a check.  TGFOA WILL NOT ACCEPT CHECKS MAILED TO TREASURER.  

You will still be able to login to your account and pay with credit/debit card.
